Although all the Starbucks I've been to here in the Chattanooga area are great, this one has to be my favorite. I have become a regular as it is on my way to work, and some have even come to know me by name. The times I have just come to hang out it has always been peaceful, and the service has been quick. Even if it weren't on my way to work, I would still frequent this location! View all feedback.
What Michelle Davis doesn't like about Starbucks:
When I arrived to pick up 2 drinks ordered on the app, there were 4 employees behind the counter. Two customers came in behind me. There was only 1 employee working (making drinks). The other 3 were near her hanging out talking, doing nothing, not greeting us or trying to make our drinks.. I waited at least 5 minutes. I was there on 2/24/24 around 5:15pm. View all feedback.

Got my Macchiato and it was made correctly and the team was so friendly!!
The drive thru workers are always awesome and thorough to make sure your order is correct :
Local is to small for it's location and the amount of people that visits the store.
