Love this place but today it is busy and the staff is working without a sence of urgency or a need to pick up the pace at all dispite how busy it is

I am guessing your close time isn't consistent because I came by around 8:45 and the doors were locked and y'all still had 15 mins left to serve customers. If you close at 9 then close at 9 not 15 mins before 9.
Smoothie was made to my liking, but cashier was drinking a smoothie and on her phone while I was trying to decide what to get.
