our family wanted to eat here and we made ourselves here. we enjoyed the food we ordered. 26 years ago the first time was here. then they would offer rehearsals. we tried and ordered our meals at the time. one of our favourites. we like the chicken teriyaki meal. What User doesn't like about Sarku Japan:
I mean it’s food court fast food hibachi; can’t expect much. It upset my stomach a bit, the sushi was really salty. For a bento box, beef meal, and two drinks it was $28. I’d rather go to Fuji down the street View all feedback.

We tried it and then ordered our meals at that time. One of our favorites to eat at. We like the Chicken Teriyaki meal. So our latest visit was really good. The service was quick and very good. This restaurant is amazing, along with the customer service. It looks family owned, and I can tell the people who work there care for their customers. Food is cooked in front of you and it’s delicious. I feel the bad reviews come from those who don’t cooperate with the workers. English clearly isn’t their first language so they may have errors with orders but when you’re respectful and nice they are the same back.

I am EXTREMELY DISGUSTED. i ordered a chicken teriyaki plate with extra chicken and my husband ordered a chicken and shrimp teriyaki plate. We get to the cooks and they slap 2 plates of my order and say thats my order and tell us we didnt order a chicken and shrimp plate. We proceed to show them the receipt and they get an attitude and throw the food on the plate and slide it to us with a nasty attitude. I then go back to the woman at the register and tell her she charged me for 3 plates and we only ordered 2. She rolls her eyes at us and argues that we did and then asked for our card to refund. The cooks are very nasty and rude. They had the audacity to throw their hands up as if they were shooing us away! Is this truly what customer service is like at this place??? I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. THERE WAS NO REASON TO TREAT US THAT WAY AT ALL ESPECIALLY WHEN THE MISTAKE WAS ON THE CASHIER. And as you can see in the picture the guy gives us the finger and tells us to move along while laughing like its a joke!
