The steak was delicious. However, the baked potato was lukewarm and hard. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, our water glasses sat empty for several minutes.
This was not the best experience I've had at a Ruth's Chris. The food was not well-prepared.
The food and atmosphere at this restaurant were excellent, but the service was just okay. Unfortunately, they forgot to include shrimp on one of the plates and were a bit slow overall. We had to remind them multiple times about our dessert, which is unusual for this place. It's possible that they were understaffed or the waitress had too many tables to attend to. It's disappointing when food is left off the plate, likely due to a kitchen error.
We gotta do better with seasoning the meat, I would have to say the food was not as good as it usually is that was the only thing
Everything was wonderful! Rachel was our server and we were very pleased with her. She was very tentative and great at her job!
