Pizza Hut - Chattanooga

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The so-called manager took my order, processed my payment, and then refunded my money, claiming my card was declined—this happened twice! I tried again with a different card; he charged it, took my money, and then again insisted my card was declined, even though it had withdrawn $42.57 from my account. When I called back to explain the situation, he said he couldn’t do anything about it—not refund my money or prepare the pizzas. He claimed to be the manager, but I see him as a thief. If you decide to dine here, be cautious! This manager is dishonest and doesn't seem capable of handling his responsibilities.

We got confirmation but no pizza got recorded nor delivered !!!!!

Four words: Inedible, doughy, overcooked, and cold. Not exactly the perfect combination for pizza. I could have stopped there, but Yelp requires a bit more detail.

My new favorite place for a post-work meal. I waited nearly an hour at Krystal without receiving any food. Meanwhile, Pizza Hut had my order ready in under fifteen minutes. The staff greeted me warmly and handed me exactly what I ordered. This Pizza Hut is a real lifesaver!
