What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Won't be going back to Panera. Food was average and very expensive. And then employees on a smoke break were holding the door open, letting in some smoke while I was trying to eat. Gross! View all feedback.
Ordered a “to go” Green Goddess Salad from here for lunch. Fast service salad is jam packed with freshness the portion is almost twice that of the Pembroke store in FL. I’ve ordered this at least 20 times at different stores this is the BEST one ever! So delish thanks great job!
Helpful staff and good food. I took off 1 star because they don't have the dining room opened, when their competition does have theirs open
Good luck here. And if they're open, their pick-up orders will be shut off or buried. And if you can order from there, it's almost always wrong. You? re so finicky with her hours and don't pay attention to your order that we don't have a Panera downtown.

If you order from a third party delivery service make sure you don?t put a certain time for pick up because if your delivery driver gets there early then the time they will REFUSE to make your order until the specific time. It?s all good if you you need it at that specific time but if you want it ANY SOONER they WILL NOT bend the time. I?ve NEVER felt with the most unfriendly nasty people in my life!!!!
