Newk's Eatery - Chattanooga

We ordered 3 meal combos at this restaurant. Two of us ordered chicken salad sandwiches and salads. Unfortunately, my salad had mostly wilted and discolored lettuce. The sandwiches were lacking in chicken salad, with only about two spoonfuls on each piece. Additionally, some of the salad was spoiled. My wife also found her sandwich to be lacking in chicken salad. Overall, we were disappointed with our experience and will not be returning to this establishment.

This quaint little restaurant serves delicious salads, sandwiches, and pizzas. The macaroni and cheese is outstanding, and the pimento cheese sandwich is a must-try.

The restaurant is pretty good with a variety of options to choose from. The food is decent and the service is okay. The venue is new and clean, overall a good experience.

Order my first time from newk’s tonight and if I gave them 100 stars. I chose to build my own pizza that arrived with fresh torfs hot and they were not stingy. the taste was excellent! I also have a cup that was more like a fruit bowl. all the fruits were chilled and super fresh. juicy ananas, crisp red grapes and ripe melone. yummy! I could only take a few bites from the strawberry cake because it was very rich and I was very full, but that's how it should be. I say my whole office over this place and they will see us for lunch. ?

I was there today at around 3:30 pm. I have always had great experiences at Newks except for today.I came for having my drink refilled (bought the drink previously) and ordered a pizza. The lady whom I order from was extremely rude and inform me that I can only refill when I am physically present in the restaurant. In my past experiences, I was able to get my drink re-filled just fine.Not only this, the lady who was at the front saw me with the empty drink automatically went ahead and rang me up for the drink without asking me. Not only that, she didn’t even bother to give me a new cup.I hope this experience only happen to me but not other customers.
