We ordered online using the app and used the curbside pickup option. Wait time was not bad at all. Food was good, quarter-pounder with cheese was smaller than I had remembered, but then I haven't had one in ages, but it tasted good. I think they shrunk (shrink, shrank, shrunk) the big mac too. What Tommy Sylvester doesn't like about McDonald's Restaurant:
They blast bad Christian music. I assume the franchisee is a Christian, however they shouldn’t shove their religion into my ears when I just want to eat a burger. Also it takes on average 10-15 min witch is way longer than McDonald’s target time of 90 seconds. This is from understaffing. Staff tells me upper management will not give them more crew per shift. Wow, this place served me a quarter, I could see how I opened it. the burger looked juicy.? oh my damned mixes. if I confess it was hot. people I am impressed by this place ah yes. dining room clean, table table sanitary signs on it. (See the image of customer service is not only excellent, but would I recommend to come my momma? yes. big job mcdonalds dayton blvd, you have it right.
Drive them in and guide them only better than average mcdonald’s food quality

Waited for 30 minutes and saw 10 cars ahead of me get their food. Then I called the store and asked for my money back and just said forget it because my autistic son was in the car having a meltdown sitting here waiting in spot number 3. Then ten minutes after I call in and im still out here waiting they come out to my car to ask for my card. Didn’t try to make it right, didn’t apologize, nothing. I live 0.4 miles from this McDonald’s and I come here every day. I will NEVER come here again in the morning time. Evening shift is amazing. The manager in the evening always makes things right and she never pulls people forward. So for two gravy biscuits and two McGriddles, we never saw our food and after 40 minutes on this property all we got was our money back. No apology, no food they didn’t even give us an excuse. This is pitiful and shameful service. I’ll never spend another dime here they don’t care about their loyal customers.
