The other day, my fiancé a... read more Every time I've stopped at this Mapco gas station after work recently, a man named Bill has kept the store closed for random periods. The other day, my fiancé and I waited outside in the cold for over 10 minutes just to get gas, while three other cars arrived and left because they didn’t want to wait. I've been coming to this Mapco for years since it's the closest to my house, but this is becoming unacceptable. Isn’t it supposed to be open 24 hours, according to the signs?

There are numerous empty spots where pr... read more The staff, including the managers, prefer to stand by the front door smoking cigarettes instead of stocking the shelves. There are numerous empty spots where products should be, and you can clearly see the missing items tucked away in the back of the cooler. I recommend shopping elsewhere.
