Krystal - Chattanooga

The food was good. I was in the mood for grits and was happy to had gone there. I had the biggest bowl and I was happy. I had everything I asked for including jelly and sugar which was everything I asked for.

I ordered 1 large soda.. got the soda started drinking… and of course the soda was flat.. threw it in the garbage.. 1 item messed my whole though of this place… if u can’t tell if the soda is fizzing or not while holding the button.. then that tells me how u run the place… lol.. 1 item 1 star.. smh

The service was slow even though there were several employees there. I got the wrong order, and when I asked to have it fixed, the employee had no clue what to do, so I paid for items I didn't get.

Get food in drive thru gess inside locked after waitting 10mins or so my cc fry's had no cheese on them can't get in building to get order fixed and a line of cars in drive thru which food would be cold by time I got to window pay over10$ a number 4 and not even get cheese on a chili CHEESE fry and can't get fixed inless want to wait 10to20mins agin in drive thru while food gets cold

Burgers and fries are basically bowling alley food. edible, but you don't go to the alley for food so why come here?
