Kfc - Chattanooga
Kfc
Description
Despite some praise for crispy, flavorful chicken and friendly, professional service, this restaurant shows inconsistency in order accuracy and quality. Customers report missing items, substitution of expected sides like biscuits with unfamiliar rolls, and occasional delivery mistakes. Some found the chicken portions small or lacking the signature seasoning, while others noted flat-tasting beverages and unusual bread choices. Drive-thru orders near closing time appear problematic, with reports of incomplete fulfillment. While the food can impress when done right, reliability issues and unexpected substitutions may disappoint, suggesting improvement is needed for a consistently satisfying experience.

I ordered a 3-piece chicken box today, and I have to say the chicken was really delicious—kudos for that! However, I was expecting a biscuit but received some kind of roll instead. I understand it might be due to supply chain issues, but it would have been nice to be informed about the change.
The food here is consistently hot and delicious. In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Chattanooga when it comes to food.
Second time stopping at drive thru 7pm . Bucket of chicken had 6 legs and 2 thighs. Never any white meat pieces of chicken. Out of several side and biscuits. Given weird sandwich buns for bread side. Won't try again. Buyer beware!!!!
3rd st KFC is the most sorriest KFC Restaurant in Chattanooga they food is always old never fresh they never put gravy on your mash potatoes when you order them the chicken is always dry and dried up or over cooked there drinks are even horrible. It’s like they staff just say fuk the consumer’s I repeat the worst place to stop and get chicken
This restaurant seems to be owned by the same individual as the one on Broad Street, and unfortunately, they both leave a lot to be desired. The chicken I received was subpar, showing clear signs of being old and having been kept past its safe holding time. They packed it up, took my payment, and didn't think twice. Luckily, I was able to return it and get my money back. It feels like the owner is only interested in having anyone on staff rather than ensuring quality. Even the biscuits were hard as rocks. I strongly advise against spending your money here; instead, head to American Wings, which is just across the street from this place. Honestly, I would be embarrassed to be associated with this restaurant. The staff appeared lazy and unmotivated. Proceed at your own risk if you decide to eat here—trust me, you’ll be disappointed.
