Kfc - Chattanooga

The past few times we've been here the customer service has been horrible! This time sat at the drive thru for 3-5 minutes and no one came over the intercom.

Filthy location. Filthy bathroom. Staff is disorganized and not very friendly. I would never go back to this KFC location.

Chicken tinders were nothing but bread and the fries were stale. All my tinders looked like the one in the photo.

This is all I would give them...amazingly, I was there perhaps between 730-800 in the evening only to find the doors locked and a woman mopping the floor...She looked up and pointed me toward the drive-thru window...as I had walked there, I got behind a car and waited my turn. Something like a Mr. Bean comedy at first. Got up to window...cash in hand for a simple extra crispy chicken sandwich...obviously to go...and the young woman was on her phone to whoever, asking him to pick up windshield wipers, paying little attention to my order which I repeated five different times...kept asking if I wanted the meal...finally she attended me, Imasked for some sauces on the side...she took order for car behind me...young gentleman came up, gave me a cold stare and tossed bag sans sauce down and walked away...quite taken aback...woman said they were 'understaffed ' I am sorry, working at a fast food joint isn 't fun and most kids are there only for the paycheck...but this was insane! No smiles, no happiness...nothing...just a MacJob...

No fries after 9, no straws, no sporks, dried hard chicken patty and tenders. That's my experience. I know I should of checked. But that's not my job to give me everything I need to enjoy our meal. So we cavemanned our mashed potatoes and mac cheese.Food: 3/5
