The patty was a generous size, loaded with toppings, and it arrived quickly—just what you want at an airport. The bun was perfectly balanced and didn’t overwhelm the burger. The service was also excellent! This definitely ranks among the top three airport burgers I've ever had!

The pork in the Cuban was subtly seasoned, so I suggest you forgo the mustard. Though ciabatta bread isn't the traditional option for a Cuban sandwich, it still resulted in a delicious non-pressed version. The potato salad was exceptional. The waitstaff were also wonderful. I would definitely return to this place.

To the slender young woman who chose Chattanooga as her home with a dart throw, and to the long-bearded bartender who is a retired over-the-road truck driver, my wife and I wish you both happy holidays. Your hospitality, positive outlook on working on Thanksgiving in a nearly empty airport, and the engaging stories you shared truly brightened our challenging morning. These two individuals exemplified exceptional customer service, and I would be proud to have either of them on my team.
