When I first entered the restaurant, I ordered a little Jack burger with pommes and 1/2 and 1/2 tea. The burger was good, although it tended to fall apart. I'm not a fan of wrinkled fries, but the seasoning on them was so delicious that I ate them all. The tea was also really good. The servers were a bit short-staffed today, but we still got our food pretty quickly. The friendly young lady at the register apologized for the wait, which wasn't bad at all. I will definitely be back for the good burger, tasty fries, and delicious tea. Thank you, Jack.
I was not impressed with my breakfast at this restaurant. I ordered a smoked sausage and cheese sandwich on Texas toast. The bread was flat and only had a thin layer, almost paper-thin, on it and it was served cold. This was my first visit and will also be my last. They try to copy Hardee's menu, but in my opinion, Hardee's is better.
My ex must work here because these fries are SALTY.4 stars because they forgot my fries and had to send in my new man to get them. Probably the best fast food chicken tenders though.
I have been to this restaurant 4 times and only 1time have I received the right order. This is the worst Jack's I've seen. The drive thru don't care. I have asked for chicken sandwich and I get hamburger's. This location needs a new manager. Someone that cares.
The general manager [Bryan Knight] was RUDE and the service is terrible!
