I didn't go in however at the drive-thru the second person to come to the drive-thru I believe he was some type of manager he was very rude he was in a hurry he... read more I didn't go in however at the drive-thru the second person to come to the drive-thru I believe he was some type of manager he was very rude he was in a hurry he was like throwing the bags at us and not giving us even the right stuff now that was management you could tell by these shirt and things like that but the staff itself is wonderful he panicked in a rush I guess if it's too stressful he doesn't need to be there that's my opinion only my opinion

The staff's attitude and approach to cust... read more What an absolute joke of service! This is by far the slowest morning drive-thru experience I could ever have imagined. The staff's attitude and approach to customers clearly show how little they care. Honestly, how difficult can it be to grab a pre-made biscuit and process a credit card? It feels like they’re making it unnecessarily complicated.
