My favorite spot is right here at Signal Mountain. The staff at this location puts in a tremendous amount of effort, and the management operates everything like a well-oiled machine! This is the best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever visited, and I’ve been to many since I work as a driver. View all feedback.
What Оксана Мельниченко doesn't like about Dunkin':
Just got our order in the drive thru, not even out of the parking lot. Bit into my breakfast croissant stuffer, and it was completely cold on the inside. So was my husbands.. granddaughter got a Boston creme donut and it was cold. We couldn't eat the croissant. 15 bucks wasted! Never again! Hard to nuke frozen food . View all feedback.
In the end, the amount owed to me was only 77 cents. While it's not a significant amount, I worry that if this happens to other customers, DD could be keeping a lot of unreturned funds. Additionally, this DD location was out of several refresher flavors and strawberry bubbles, but the app did not indicate this when I placed my order, allowing customers to order items that were not in stock without any notification. Fast forward to when I got home, I intended to call the number on the receipt as instructed, but the only number listed was for the store itself. Calling that number seemed pointless as I had just been told they couldn't help me when I was there. My advice: skip ordering through the app! It may be quicker, but it’s not worth the potential loss of money. This experience isn't a reflection on the staff, who are always friendly and welcoming!
Every time I visit this location, I end up with regular coffee instead of the $5 latte I ordered. They also consistently add far too much sugar, more than I request. For $5, I expect a decent cup of coffee, not something so weak that it tastes like watered-down syrup.
I want to start by highlighting the excellent drive-thru service; the staff at the window are always cheerful and friendly. However, my experience inside was quite different. The manager has instructed the team to prioritize drive-thru and mobile orders, which means the front counter is often neglected. I noticed at least one or two employees standing idle while the manager frantically tried to manage the overwhelming number of orders in the back. This approach to management is highly ineffective; he should be delegating tasks to his staff to ensure a smoother operation and assisting where necessary, rather than attempting to handle everything alone. This management style is extremely poor and results in walk-in customers waiting around 20 minutes just to place an order. The manager would benefit from training in leadership and should focus on catering to all his customers, instead of ignoring those in the lobby.

The amount I was owed ended up being just 77 cents, which isn't a huge deal, but if this situation occurs for others, DD could potentially be pocketing a lot of 'free' money. Additionally, I noticed that this location was out of several refresher flavors and strawberry bubbles, but there was no indication of that while ordering through the app. You could still place an order without being notified that items were unavailable. When I got home, I intended to call the number on my receipt as instructed. However, the only number listed was for the actual store, which I realized wouldn’t be helpful since they couldn't assist me during my visit. My recommendation would be to avoid ordering through the app! While it might be faster, you could end up losing money unnecessarily. Just to clarify, this feedback is not a reflection on the staff, who are always friendly and welcoming!
