I had a great experience. they were friendly and ice was great! I love the combination I have. they were busy, but they treated it well.

We waited in line for about half an hour because they were so busy but it was worth it. It was so good. However a couple of the employees literally rolled right out of bed and came to work without even brushing their hair. ?

Took the family tonight for ice cream, it was good like always but the entire place felt and looked dirty. Windows were filthy, trash everywhere, tables filthy. I’ll probably pick a different place next time if I show up and it looks the same.?

Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. They didn't do the cake at all, with not even an excuse. We asked politely why and the manager told us that their morning shift just didn't do it. We were offered a cake in store and after telling them twice how to spell our daughter's name they still misspelled it. Never ordering from here again.

We went right before closing time and we got exceptional service my wife did not like her first selection and they remade it for her free of charge the customer service is second to none. I appreciate that the employees did not act strange about it and just remade it without a question. Thank you so much Cold Stone crew. We will be back. The ice cream was amazing and the quantity for the price seemed very fair. There was quite a wait but the line seem to move as it should because they had adequate staff on hand to handle the surge of customers. Clean Lobby area and good ac on a hot summer night. Thank you again for exceptional service and a great experience all the way around.
