Squeezing this review before they close!! Foodworks is/was a great local restaurant in the Chattanooga area. They were downtown before the big surge of development and I think helped drive people to the area. Good food and service. Will definitely be missed. View all feedback.
What Kayla S doesn't like about Brunch Foodworks:
Per usual, the food was great! Service was a little slow, but that's okay because it was Sunday brunch. Our server seemed a little stressed with keeping up with all the tables and so we didn't hold it against her. Any time she came to our table, her mood was so positive you couldn't even tell. All excellent dinner choices! Atmosphere and service were top notch. Chattanooga TN did not disappoint. We stayed downtown and were surprised by the options available.
The best place to go for $1 mimosas on a Saturday morning. The place wasn't overly busy, which was nice. We did have a reservation though, so it's hard to say how long we would wait without one. Everyone was pleased with their single and double mimosas, as well as the food. I had the frittata, which was pretty tasty and didn't feel overly heavy. I also tried a bite of the breakfast burrito, which was quite good. Overall, pretty good brunch spot.
I have been here numerous times for brunch but never dinner. The wings were the biggest I've ever seen! I love their drinks and it's a fun atmosphere. They have 2 different options for outside seating which is a bonus in my book and both have shading. The staff was beyond helpful since when we went to show our ids for drinks one of us dropped a card and it somehow managed to fall through the tiny slat on the patio. It's blocked off down there so the staff had to go down there to get it which they said they were happy to do, but I'm sure was a pain in the butt.
