The service was terrible - the young man taking my order was wearing headphones and I couldn't even see his eyes, the ice cream was so soft it was almost falling off the cone, and the staff was sweeping around my table while I was trying to eat. I tried to make eye contact with the employee sweeping, but he ignored me. As I left, he made a snide comment. Overall, it would have been better to just buy a pint of ice cream from a grocery store instead of dealing with their sorry excuse for service.
