What Lloyd Fay doesn't like about Yang Guo Fu Malatang:
I will give zero stars when the website allows me to do this. I ordered a $19.80 seafood dish from ubereats and from the menu, there will be fish fillets, mussels, garnel, mixed fish balls etc. when I got my food, there's only a small garnish, a clam, two fish balls and the rest are brokkoli and kartoffels. Are you serious? $19.80 for 1 garn and 1 clam? totally misleading menu and untrustworthy business. or they thou... View all feedback.
For us this was a good and cheaper alternative to a Sichuan hot pot.
This review is for the stall located in Dixon Food Court where it all started ! Basically, it's a choose your own adventure soup meal.
So you're down with pho, you love laksa, and you can tonkotsu ramen with the best of them? If you're ready for Sydney's next big soup thing, it's malatang.
Craving for something moreish, spicy, soupy and cheap! You can customize your own meal here and be satisfied with a large bowl of winter heartiness???? weekendnotes.com
It's been a while since I tried Malatang or spicy hotpot soup (because my Shanghai booking a few years ago). Yang Guo Fus version of Malatang is anything but fiery, Zesty and Tangy. Grief Grief Located in Mandarin Center, you can choose an assortment of hotpot ingredients that range from resilient golden mushrooms to hats fishing bales leaving the thick tooey fish roe. Then you will work before the chef cooks and serve them in a tremendous bowl of malatang. When the server brings my bowl of malatang from the kitchen and calls me, calling for me, the ordinary looking bowl malatang the greedy and stupid me to add more spices, including chili paste, garlic and peanut sauce in the soup in the soup. This is the most terrible decision I made. The Malatang is already "damn" spicy and I got my desserts by sweating the next half hour like a dog. Grief Grief Yang Guo Fu Malatang is very authentic and the ingredients are fresh. Select the ingredients random and you can get one or two surprises.
