Passion Tree - Chatswood
Passion Tree
Description
Passiontree offers a quick service in an inviting and bright interior, although the staff seemed a bit aloof. The bingsoo green tea ice cream had a light green tea flavor and was topped with corn flakes, red beans, and nuts. The blueberry cheesecake was criticized for its use of cream instead of cream cheese. However, customers enjoyed the peanut butter honey bread and found it perfect for a cozy catch-up with friends. Regular patrons praised the bingsoo for its refreshing taste and balanced sweetness, with other menu items like matcha pancakes and peanut butter hot chocolate being recommended for those with a sweet tooth. Overall, Passiontree seems to have a range of dessert options worth exploring.

Perhaps I've just been trying the wrong things, but I haven't found myself going back for seconds of anything.
I only knew about passion tree because I saw a pic on inst Abram of their watermelon shaved ice, which looked very impressive.
Peanut butter honey bread. Even better with a cup of latte for the winter. Nice cosy place for a quick catch up with friends. Will come back and try the other honey breads.
If you are someone with a sweet tooth and love your desserts, then this place is for youIt is just insane how crazy big these desserts are.
I've been to Passiontree multiple times over the past year, and their bingsoo never fails to impress :) I've had the green tea bingsoo (many times) and the red bean ones. It's really refreshing to have on a warm day, but also just a satisfying balance between sweet shaved ice and crunchy toppings. I've also been meaning to try the watermelon bingsoo! I've also tried their matcha pancake stack and peanut butter hot choc, but both were very sweet/rich, so best to avoid if you're not an avid sweet tooth. But I adore anything matcha so the pancakes are a fav!
