We had a burger and the Southern fried chicken waffle, plus a coffee, and all was very good diner food. The place wasn't quite as kitschy as I expected - Hello Kitty is prominent (from the bar stools to the walls and even the cookie you get with your coffee) but not cloyingly so. When we went the place was remarkably clean and tidy, and service was fine. There were no problems, so I can't say how they would handle an... View all feedback.

Fast food with lovely settings. The burgers are OK. Sides are yummy but in small quantity. Desserts could be very big (also in calorie) and pretty. A real attraction to children. View all feedback.

Food was lovely we had the ribs and sweet potato chips.Small portions but ok i would certainly dine there again to try other things on menu. Resturant was abit hard to find. Not much Hello Kitty merchandise for sale as i thought might be.
Just took my daughter to family brunch for her birthday. My Husband was Sceptical about the food. He wasn't sure that it would be any good. Especial coming from a decor of all pink & cutesy. I'd ordered 3 burgers a serve of fries, my husband wanted to try the lamb. Since it was my daughter's birthday, I ordered the freak shake for her. And let me tell you the freak shake is something to be shared. If you can see from the picture; that thing is a monster and for just $14.00 it's not that expensive. The service was very nice and food was a blown away! My husband was so surpised by the lamb he kept yelling how do they make this!!! Either ways he was quiet surpised by how great the food actually was and the bill for us three, including with the shake was just $75 so works out about $25per person. If you haven't tried it, be sure to give them a visit as they will surpise you and your family.
I enjoyed a pulled pork burger and waffle at the Hello Kitty Diner in Chatswood on a September Sunday. The service is friendly, if a little too enthusiastic. Pricing is a bit much considering the snack-sized portions. I recommend the waffle which was the best waffle I've had in Sydney to date. The diner itself did not disappoint, being saturated in Hello Kitty decorations. The kids on the neighboring table were having a wonderful time.
I was really looking forward to Hello kitty cafe but it was absolutely disappointing! The food combinations here try to be adventurous but the taste was disappointing fail!I got the overprice kimchi fries - it looked like McDonalds fries with cheese and 3 pieces of kimchi on top for $10.My friends got the waffle and burgers and didn't finish eating it. We were all disappointed! All this hype for overpriced $$$ food.
