We went to dinner here after the Comedy Cellar show (they’re basically next to each other). The staff was super friendly, and the food came out quickly. We got the chips and salsa (which the salsa can be a little hot). We both got quesadillas, which were HUGE! Definitely could be shared. Definitely a great place to stop.
A quiet place for a quick bite. Very roomie and the staff was friendly Parking: Plenty of parking in front. Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy access to the main door. The entrance is spacious.
My husband and I visited the restaurant on Friday, October 21, 2022. We had been there once before and had a good experience with both the food and the service. Unfortunately, our visit last night was disappointing. As soon as the waitress set my plate down, I discovered a hair in my food. Before I could even mention it, the waitress noticed that I had pulled something off my plate immediately after she placed it down. She came over to check on us, and I explained the situation. She promptly went to the kitchen to report it, but sadly, no one came out to apologize or address the issue. It’s safe to say we won’t be returning. My rating for this restaurant has now dropped to a ZERO.
During my trips to Las Vegas, I had never visited the Rio, but my wife and I decided to try it out after attending a show at the Comedy Cellar. We're so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, it felt like the entire staff had taken lessons in friendliness. The bartender, in particular, was incredibly welcoming, despite managing the bar on his own. The prices are typical for Vegas, but the portion sizes were generous, and the drinks were strong and flavorful. We shared some chips and guacamole along with chicken fajitas, and everything was delicious. The only downside is the location; the Rio isn't exactly in a busy area.
