Renny's - Chatham-Kent

Renny’s is a really nice place. I ordered take out, but had a Bayside beer on their patio while I waited. My family has dined there several times. 3 burgers today for take out. My daughter who is 9, had The Plain Jane with Onion Rings, my wife had The Jalapeño Burger with fries and I had The Renny’s Burger with fries. Honestly, all 3 of us only ate half. So leftovers for later. The Renny’s Burger is just crazy! It has pulled pork on top of the patty. So delicious! Wheatley is a small little village, and Renny’s is definitely worth checking out!

My wife and I often visit Renny's and are always impressed by the hospitality. From the owners, Mike and Erica, who make us feel right at home, to the friendly waitstaff who love to joke with customers, the atmosphere is delightful. As pescatarians, we appreciate the menu options and the fact that they support local producers. Anyone looking for a top-notch smokehouse with food that can compete with big city establishments should definitely give this place a try. Our favorite dish, the Perch Po'Boy, has become a staple for us. The patio in the summer is the perfect spot to enjoy a cold drink and relax.

We have only dined here for lunch before, but decided to try dinner this time. Both of us ordered the brisket dinner and it was absolutely delicious. One surprising highlight was the deep-fried mashed potato ball, which may sound strange but was actually quite tasty. The portions were very generous and we appreciated the simple and cozy ambiance of the restaurant. The food was great and the staff were friendly, what more could you ask for?

This charming restaurant is located in a quaint and cozy small town. We ordered the chicken parmesan, which came with a generous portion of chicken smothered in sauce and cheese, along with two sides. It was incredibly delicious! The waitstaff were friendly and attentive, and our food arrived promptly, just 10 minutes after ordering. We highly recommend this restaurant.
