The Shanghai Delight and grilled redfish are highly recommended, with the fish being perfectly cooked and flavorful. While some diners were disappointed that the restaurant ran out of bread and found the noise level to be a bit high, overall the experience was positive. The service was friendly, and the food received high praise for being delicious. With excellent dishes like the steak and chicken with squash risotto, the restaurant is a bit on the pricey side but worth it for a special occasion. Guests who enjoyed dining outside were treated to magnificent views of the sea. Despite some issues with noisy children and a fly in a cocktail, the overall consensus is that Saltwater Grill is a fantastic dining destination with exceptional food and service, making it a must-visit spot in Galveston.

We loved to sit outside with magnificent views of the sea. the food was extraordinary! I had the scallops, one of the best I've ever had and my man loved his thunfish dish. cannot wait to return!

Outstanding as usual! Food was fresh and attention was paid to maintain social distance and ensure everything was as clean and sanitized.
CBI did an amazing job reopening after covid. Drinks were a bit “watered down” for the price.
