Order posted on only eat. One additional waiting time to deliver the order (delivery time 19:30 to 20:30.) The bookkeeper’s call is missing (because he couldn’t even find our apartment) we remember it and he tells us in a very unpleasant way that as we missed the call we had to wait for an hour.
