The food was freshly cooked on site and there was calm throughout the whole day from canapes to late evening service. We had the pleasure of being fed afterwards and the food was amazing, tasty and plentiful. Highly recommend Chef LeClere and team for any event and we cannot wait to work with you again to sample more of your lovely fare. Thanks from us for keeping us fueled and we wish you a fabulous season.

We had somewhat of difficulty with the... read more We booked Eric for our wedding to do a barbecue for us. It was super easy process, prompt responses and super supportive. We had somewhat of difficulty with the venue but Eric remained very professional and helped us deal with the issue. On the day itself we couldn't be more pleased. The food was delicious and we received so many compliments from our guests. Eric, his wife and the team on the day were excellent, things were on time and everyone was served with ease. Can't reccomend him enough, my only regret is not being able to book him for the whole day. Thank you so much for contributing to our special day, you have been an absolute pleasure to work with and we wish you all the best.
