Eric and team did our wedding breakfast at Chateau de Monciaux in Bourrou in September 2022. From the start, Eric was so so helpful and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble for him from vegetarian meals, assisting with crockery/cutlery, letting us design our own menus etc. Everything was so great on the day, food was very delicious and flowed perfectly (which was my main concern after organising a wedding in France, from the UK, at a venue we had not seen before arrival). Eric and his team removed all the stress so that we could enjoy the day. Staff were all really friendly and attentive. We could not recommend highly enough!
I worked with Chef Eric LeClere and his team this summer and they were just wonderful. From the planning to the day, queries were answered and the day went very smoothly. The team are also so lovely, it was a pleasure to work with them!

Chef Eric crew are amazing. The food was incredible, especially ceviche, tacos and crudités had everyone talking but the whole experience of planning, delivering and servicing the meal for our event was incredibly easy and delicious.
