This review concerns the restaurant. We book a table on Friday morning. The boss validates our reservation for Sunday 12:30 When we arrive, what is the surprise to learn that the restaurant is complete. We were 19 hikers to spend a W.E in this establishment. The comments are unanimous, the reception is excellent, the staff always smiling and very professional. Rooms and water rooms impec. We visited this hotel very often and mainly in the restaurant. We stopped there during tourist trips. Our last experience in August 2022 to have lunch in this way, that is to say: fast, simple, affordable meals. The restaurant has always wanted to stand out, offering a little higher-end services, even for basic meals. Inflation pushed the concept of profitability to a limit that seems to be harmful to us over the long term. As in many restaurants, now it is no longer proposed the traditional menu of the day, the pichet of wine to disappeared, you have to choose a wine on the map or stay on the water carafe yet proposed. In short, the total for two fairly modest meals, accompanied by half a bottle of wine and coffee, resulted in a note exceeding 70 €.
