Restaurants Wendy's - Châteauguay

We absolutely adore Wendy's and don't mind driving 30 minutes just to dine here. The staff is extremely friendly (shoutout to Alex at the cash register, who is amazing!), and the food is absolutely delicious!

The restaurant was quite crowded, so we had to wait longer than we had anticipated. However, the cashier more than made up for it! She was a delightful lady, smiling and incredibly friendly. It was evident that she was very skilled at her job. I give this restaurant five stars solely because of her exceptional service!

The food was pretty good, but the meat was slightly overcooked, possibly from being left on the stove for too long. The service was average, not the best but not the worst. There was a mistake with a customer's transaction where the cashier accidentally threw the bill in the trash, causing a delay in the customer receiving a refund. This was quite ridiculous. Overall, the food was good and reasonably priced.

Favorite fast food restaurant between all other competitors.

Absolutely nothing was stocked (condiments, straws, napkins, even bathroom soap). Could barely get a salt packet! Still go to Wendy's for the fries, but I should have just gone through the drive-thru
