Visited this restaurant twice during our time in Chateaudun. Excellent pizzas and very reasonably priced wine. Very friendly and attentive service. Couple of options for vegetarians. Would recommend. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Le Vesuve:
This was our third visit to this restaurant, and we had always been pleased with the food and service, but this last visit was not good. OK it was a busy Friday night (aren't they always ?), but we were asked to wait 5 minutes for the table to be cleared, and then another hour to get our pizza and bruscheta. Bad horrific service: 45’ to take an order and 2h15’ to be served (salad) and the third person was never served for a pizza! management ignored the situation in the room and did not bother to come to see. very disappointing and annoying! The direction is lamentable! on saturday, december 14th, we met a bad service in the restaurant and certainly from the kitchen. we wanted to talk to the manager. we had a bad time waiting so long 2 hours and 15’ to serve (saladen) and the third person had never his meal (pizza) . the manager ignored us and the situation in the restaurant. we are angry and frustrated.
Forgotten order But the boss offered us the aero
So... good and at least good... Corrigez Bruschetta, Calzone pizza as well... after it's full, salad
A real disappointment from entry to dessert. I'm not coming back. It is a shame because there is no real will to do well. The quality of the products is too poor for a restaurant.
Very good restaurant, very nice decoration. Great boss. Pizza and bruschetta super good and good taste.
