I had the takeout menu in front of me, but when I tried to provide item numbers and descriptions, the person on the phone asked confusing questions. When I went to pick up my order, I discovered that there was a separate menu at the counter with different prices and possibly different items included. It seemed to be a dine-in menu that they were no longer offering. It was disappointing to find out that the prices were higher than what was listed on the takeout menu I had at home.

Yesterday, I ordered General Tso's chicken for a lunch pick up. The man picked it up and took it to work. At 7 pm, he called me and said it was either the worst General Tso's chicken he's ever had or it was sweet and sour chicken, which he hates. He mentioned that the sauce was on the side. I informed him that it was sweet and sour then. I called the restaurant to inquire about the mistake. They told me that unless we return the food, there was nothing they could do.

The chicken we ordere... read more This is a family-run restaurant where the staff appeared to be arguing, and there was a child in the kitchen who was screaming and crying. The chicken we ordered was overcooked, and it took nearly an hour for our takeout order to be ready.

When picking... read more Phone order process was very painful. Had a takeout menu and providing the numbers and descriptions was met with questions that didn't make sense. When picking up the order I found out the issues when I asked why the price was higher than on the menu Ihave at home. They have another menu at the counter with different prices and possibly different items that come with theorder....it looked like a dine in menu that they aren't doing anymore. I looked at the takeout menus that were on the counterand they were identical to mine at home. They told me they were in the process of changing the menus.....but they are stillhanding out the old ones?? Anyway, a few more wasn't a huge deal.....BUT I have taken out probably 4-5 times this year andenjoyed the food. This time the food was completely different...bland! I am just guessing that they have had employee turnoveror possibly new ownership. I will not be back!

Would they have put it back into containers to feed to other people that call in? He had it atwork He needed to eat something so he ate that. This place is an absolute joke! This is the first and will be the only time weever order from them!
