I strongly recommend avoiding on... read more We had to scramble at the last minute to go to Crumb'l to grab cookies for our event, and thankfully they had enough available. I strongly recommend avoiding online orders at Dunkin', unless it’s for a morning pick-up time, or consider a donut shop with a more reliable system, such as YoYo Donuts, where we have never encountered such issues. To make matters worse, the associate helping us that afternoon was somewhat rude and showed little empathy regarding our predicament. There is definitely a need for improved customer service and a clearer online ordering system to make the process more straightforward for customers!

My iced Caramel Craze usually tastes fantastic about 80% of the time; however, the other 20% it can be less sweet for some reason. Overall, it's a great location.

You spend the time to pick out what donuts you want, just for the staff to get a print out that says X number of donuts , and then you have to go thru your selection AGAIN for the staff. What 's the point of the kiosk? Also, not all thein-store selections are on kiosk. We felt like we couldn 't order them because we could not actually select them on thekiosk. Also ordered sourdough breakfast sandwich, was requested to be toasted and bread was not toasted at all. Was adisappointment on soggy bread. Other customers were having issues and manager (I think? Was just seemingly brushing peopleoff. I witnessed 3 people leave upset because of issues. Will never visit this location again, I will drive over 20 mins anotherlocation.
