I?m not really sure how they messed up an iced chai tea latte and gave me some gross iced coffee drink instead. Plus they gave me glazed chocolate donuts when I asked for chocolate with sprinkles. The chocolate glazed donuts there are gross : Oh and themini hash browns were cold and soggy. Sticking to Caribou from now on
Food was good but did not listen to the order we put in. We went inside the store and currently they only accept orders on a kiosk. Spent around 4 minutes picking out what we wanted totalling to 12 donuts, a sandwich, and some drinks (around $30). Whenwe got our box we were informed that, despite our order, we would receive a box of 12 random, pre-picked donuts. We look in thebox to find only 4 of the 12 donuts we got was on our order. Sure it could have been worse but why give customers the ability tochoose what donuts they want if you're just going to ignore it? However we did get the correct sandwich (albeit medeocre) andservice was pretty quick.
We went to dunkin today and i ordered the blood orange refresher? they handed it to us and it was full of ice and half full of the drink. we asked if they could fill it up more and they ended up adding more ice not the drink. the workers were extremelyrude. very frustrating.
Kiosk is a joke. You spend the time to pick out what donuts you want, just for the staff to get a print out that says X number of donuts , and then you have to go thru your selection AGAIN for the staff. What 's the point of the kiosk? Also, not all thein-store selections are on kiosk. We felt like we couldn 't order them because we could not actually select them on thekiosk. Also ordered sourdough breakfast sandwich, was requested to be toasted and bread was not toasted at all. Was adisappointment on soggy bread. Other customers were having issues and manager (I think? Was just seemingly brushing peopleoff. I witnessed 3 people leave upset because of issues. Will never visit this location again, I will drive over 20 mins anotherlocation.
