I strongly recommend avoiding on... read more We had to scramble at the last minute to go to Crumb'l to grab cookies for our event, and thankfully they had enough available. I strongly recommend avoiding online orders at Dunkin', unless it’s for a morning pick-up time, or consider a donut shop with a more reliable system, such as YoYo Donuts, where we have never encountered such issues. To make matters worse, the associate helping us that afternoon was somewhat rude and showed little empathy regarding our predicament. There is definitely a need for improved customer service and a clearer online ordering system to make the process more straightforward for customers!

My iced Caramel Craze usually tastes fa... read more The staff at the drive-thru are consistently very friendly. Occasionally, the wait can be lengthy because of long lines. My iced Caramel Craze usually tastes fantastic about 80% of the time; however, the other 20% it can be less sweet for some reason. Overall, it's a great location.

Plus they gave me glazed chocolate donuts when I asked for chocolate with sprinkles. The chocolate glazed donuts there are gross : Oh and themini hash browns were cold and soggy. Spent around 4 minutes picki... read more Food was good but did not listen to the order we put in. We went inside the store and currently they only accept orders on a kiosk. Spent around 4 minutes picking out what we wanted totalling to 12 donuts, a sandwich, and some drinks (around $30). Whenwe got our box we were informed that, despite our order, we would receive a box of 12 random, pre-picked donuts. We look in thebox to find only 4 of the 12 donuts we got was on our order. Sure it could have been worse but why give customers the ability tochoose what donuts they want if you're just going to ignore it? However we did get the correct sandwich (albeit medeocre) andservice was pretty quick.
