The service was a bit slow for American standards, but it makes sense from the perspective of French culture. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and were able to understand our (very broken) French (and speak in English when it hurt too much to hear haha). Its proximity to the cathedral is also very helpful as someone on a tight schedule. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Chartres.
