Sometimes it's less cooked than I like, and yet I've never been disappointed. I'm extremely picky about meat, and theirs is very good and flavorful. Also worth mentioning is the exceptional service; you won't find it anywhere else. You feel truly welcome, and thank you!

Reasonable prices, good meat, homemade fries (a rarity in Chartres; the downside is that the quality of the cooking can vary, especially during busy periods, but I've rarely been disappointed), and the staff are very pleasant and friendly. Bonus: very fast service. Ideal when you're heading back to work afterward.
