Went in vity area very clean mc donalds staff excellent service and watching the manager on that day lady the attitude and the care and service she gave to the customers was first class been a while since service like that she must be local great service everyone View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's Family Restaurants:
Though was also perfect for kids all the time when they were younger. The like the food and loved the play session area and other kids, gee only seemed yesterday and I guess that means I am getting old. Nice cakes and coffee for older kids and adults. View all feedback.
This is a great place for my 2-year-old grandson to rest and play. He had traveled from Hughenden to Townsville and met and played with another 2-year-old who was also traveling. The food was okay, but I had a problem with the disability toilet not locking. This was the same issue I experienced the last time I was there. Thankfully, a kind stranger stood outside the door for me.
Absolutely horrible. Had to wait 30 minutes in store for them to only get it wrong and have to take it back.
MacDonald's Charters Towers has definately upped there game. The food is cooked hot and fresh, which does make your weight longer. The staff are more customer friendly than the last lot as well. Service: Takeaway Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
