Improvement was there comparing the first week's disaster. However i will request to the chef to revise and alter his kacchi recepie according to what we prefere to eat in Bangladesh..perhaps follow fakruddin baburchir biriani recepie, available on YouTube. View all feedback.

শুরুটা আরো সুন্দর হলে ভাল হতো । 'কাচ্চি ' পরিবেশন করা হয়েছিল, খেতে ভাল লাগেনি । এক কথায় বলা যায় , কাচ্চির কাছাকাছি হয়নি । পাচক হয়তো রেসেপি অনুসরণ করেছেন কিন্তু কাচ্চি রাঁধার শিল্পটা এখনো বুঝে উঠতে পারেননি । উপরন্ত খাবার ঠান্ডা ছিল যেটা একান্তই কাম্য নয় । জিলেপি এবং গরম গরম লাল মোহন ভাল লেগেছে । ভেতরের সাজ নিয়ে আরো কাজ করা দরকার । সামনের দিন গুলোর জন্য শুভ কামনা থাকলো ।
