Mcdonald's - Charlottetown

I ordered a Happy Meal and was expecting fries, but instead got apple slices. This greatly disappointed the kids and ruined their day. The food was also cold and the service was not good at all.

Usually a great experience, but this time was not as good. Overall, the food was just average.

This restaurant is a kid-friendly establishment, perfect even as they get older. My sons' favorite dishes are the chicken nuggets, small fries, Oreo McFlurry, and they love the coloring activities provided.

The drive-thru staff should take their time to ensure the quality of the order and make sure customers are not feeling rushed.

Oh my gosh. I am extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service I received from the staff at this McDonald's location tonight. When an item I ordered was not available, they took the time to call me, apologize sincerely, and offer me a selection of other options. The young lady I spoke with was very pleasant and polite. It was evident that she truly cared about ensuring my needs were taken care of. She is definitely a valuable asset to her team.
