This is a great little Indian restaurant. It is located in a small strip mall just off University Avenue. The decor was nice, and our waitress was very sweet and attentive. Our food was great. My wife had the chicken Korma, and I had the Madras Chicken. I like my curries spicy, so I asked them to make it hot. It was amazing. The spices created a flavor explosion. We had our curries with naan bread that was also delic... View all feedback.
What Pahuldeep Singh doesn't like about Himalayan Curry:
Came here from summerside. Momos are okay. Malai kofta and paneer butter masala have same gravy. Paneer is hard and very rubbery. Very expensive. Prices are Not worth the quality and quantity of food. ??.Food: 1/5 View all feedback.
Himalayan Indian restaurant which is open till late hours in Charlotte town PEI.As we reached late, this was one of the few restaurants which was open till late.Good place to find vegan vegetarian food with friendly service. They serve rice or naan with each mains and the food is very reasonably priced.Great value for money.Freshly prepared food and accommodating staff.Vegetarian options: They have a decent selection of vegetarian dishes.Dietary restrictions: They do cater to vegans
Simply the best in area. Lots of vegetarian options and the waitress was lovely and greeted and served us with a good food and chefs custom preparation on one of vegetarian dishes that wasn't in the menu. ??Food: 5/5
I am a Google Local Guide and this is one of the best Indian restaurants I have EVER been to.The food was exceptional: flavourful, perfect spice levels (i.e. really hot if you order it hot), fresh plentiful chicken, and authentic. And as for the naans, wow, probably the best naans we have ever eaten. They are both crispy and chewy at the same time, how do they do that?!The samosas are all filling and less pastry, wonderful.Such good value too: around $14 for a curry and either rice or naan. All the food came at the right time, our order was accurate, and the food was piping hot.The service was excellent too.The place lacks atmosphere and it's in a strip mall but the food makes up for it in every way. We would almost drive from Halifax for this food!Take a look at the pics ... simply superb.
Went to this place with friends for dinner, this place is amazing. Customer service was really good, really friendly girls who served us. Food was so delicious. Best indian food in PEI.Food: 5/5
Ordered chicken chakhna and biryani fromthis place. The appetizer was cold and seemed stale. It was bit too salty. And the biryani didn’t even look or taste like biryani. The rice were overcooked. Never going back to this restaurant again.Food: 1/5
