Decent food like any fast food franchise but great service

Knowingly gave me a cookie frosty sundae that was COMPLETELY melted, and on top of that, wouldn?t answer the phone when I tried to inform them. Funny thing is, when I ordered, the lady at the window initially asked me if I would rather have chocolate, so I asked if they were out of vanilla, but then someone (Presumably the manager) came on the line and assured me that vanilla was available and rang me up. After that, I overheard the lady on the mic mentioning that the vanilla was coming out liquid-y, but I guess the manager didn?t care and wanted to get their modest line moving and personally handed me my vanilla SOUP himself. Terrible service and I don?t be back, but kudos to the lady for attempting to be forthcoming.

Wendy's has really gone downhill over the years. I got a spicy chicken patty with almost no meat in it. Also, who decided these french fries are good? I know they changed years ago, so I expect them to be mediocre, but the sandwich used to make up for it.
