It's always a lively place to be, especially during weekdays where everyone's dropping by between classes. The staff is very friendly, and my drinks were made very quickly and well. It's a great place to meet up with friends on Grounds in addition to catching up on some homework. View all feedback.
What M Ali doesn't like about Starbucks:
Terrible service. You end up waiting for 20 minutes for just 1 frappe. The drink was not good tasted sour like something was expired. Really needs a change of staff. View all feedback.
I was charged for the wrong size drink, and they forgot to include the shot I requested. I'm very disappointed. Food: 3/5.
The service is incredibly slow. I can't understand why it takes 15 minutes after placing an order at the drive-thru to reach the window.
I didn't place an order, as I noticed used toilet paper on the floor near the bathroom, right next to a cart filled with food.
Unbelievablely slow. 45 minutes to get a single drink.
Starbucks Corporate would be embarrassed and frustrated if they knew about the terrible customer service at this location. It's always busy with students which is great. However, I have consistently experienced poor customer service. The employees chat with each other, actually stopping to make drinks for long periods of time while they chat, apply their lip balm, etc. My drink orders have always been wrong. They don't seem to care about the long wait that their ineffeciency (actually ignoring) causes everyone. Masks.... rarely worn appropriately appropriately. Disaster.
