Good food service could have been better more friendly would have been great

Very low quality food buns on my burger where old,drinks where weak.

The service is not really good but the food is amazing

This service is mediocre and food is below average... The staff is friendly I will give them that. I went to this location the other day because while stopping at McDonald 's I noticed the line was crazy long in the drive through. I ordered one item, the Impossible Whopper . I quickly realized why they had no business compared to their competitors. I took 12 minutes for me to get my one item in the drive through. The Impossible Whopper was decent even though its still processed sodium rich food. Im not a fan of Burger King 's food so I tried not to take the quality into account in my scoring. 3 stars for speed of service, Dropped down to 2 because I asked for no tomato and ended up picking it off my burger.

I don't usually eat at Burger King due to bad childhood experiences. This location added another bad experience. Granted the staff were nice and polite and willing to fix the issues. That wasn't enough to change my mind. It's been years (20+ since the time I ate at a Burger King and it'll probably be another 20+ years before I eat at another one. But I will definitely not be eating at this location. Twice,m chicken came back with lent/fibers from something in the back. Fix it please.
