Noodles Company - Charlottesville

The restaurant offers a diverse menu of noodles and dishes ranging from Italian to Asian to classic comfort food. Each dish can be customized with a choice of meat that can be added or left out, with vegetarian options also available. We opted for appetizers (steamed dumplings, garlic bread) and mains (Japanese beef noodle soup, mac and cheese, chicken alfredo with grated parmesan). All dishes were flavorful and lived up to the traditional flavors expected. The staff were friendly as well. Overall, this restaurant has earned a spot on our list of places to revisit.

The restaurant was very clean and well-lit, with a constant flow of people coming in to eat, finish their meals, or pick up orders. The staff at the register greeted us warmly when we arrived and brought me a menu to read because I had trouble reading the menu on the wall. Our order arrived quickly and was served hot. My son and I both had macaroni and cheese - he added steak and bacon, while I had shrimp, broccoli, and extra cheese sauce. My daughter-in-law ordered the penne with pesto. We also shared three orders of potstickers (I only had one though, I promise)! When I asked for more cheese sauce, they brought it to the table for me, which was very kind and much appreciated. The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. What more could you ask for? I will definitely be back.
