Great Ethiopian food and wonderful service. Our waitress was very friendly and helped us choose the order. I will definitely come back here.

Terrible experience. Got lied to for about the whole evening. Open table reservation not taken into account. Said they "don't have an iPad". Should be able to lose OT weight. I've never had such an experience. I will never go again. Would avoid all costs!

Sometimes it's how you handle things when things don't go well at your restaurant. This place has very good food but an exceptional staff. They ran out of my first and second choice. After that, without being asked or even suggested, they did notcharge for my entree and went above and beyond with a delicious wine upgrade. Our reservation was later in the evening.Restaurants run on very small margins and cannot afford to waste food. I totally understood that we would be faced with runningout of our first or second choice. Before we even arrived they called to warn us that they were out of many of their items. Thisstaff goes above and beyond. The gold standard.

My husband and I went to spend our first anniversary together at Duner 's. We were so excited because even before we got married, we knew we wanted to dine here for our first anniversary. I noted on the reservation that it was our anniversary, and thehostess kindly congratulated us and sat us. That was the end of our positive experience. We were sat under the tent and ourtable cloth was stained and had spiders and dirt on it. Our server was extraordinarily rude to us. She wasn 't aware it was ouranniversary until she asked us if we wanted dessert, and I happily responded, We actually have year old wedding cake waitingfor us at home! She replied, Do you want to get a dessert in case yours is freezer burned? My husband and I were shocked, andhe simply asked for the check. She kindly took our drinks off, which we weren 't surprised because she forgot to bring myhusbands second beer and never came to check on us. After she ran our card she said, Enjoy your frozen cake, and left. I 'msure in her mind she was joking, but after spending $100 on an appetizer and two entrees, we were shocked and hurt. We tipped$20 on the pure fact that she comped our drinks. We were in and out in barely an hour. Not ideal for an intimateoccasion. Honestly, the reviews we read were correct: Exceptional food, worst service. If service isn 't an issue for you, thendefinitely go. I 'd recommend Tavern Grocery or Maya if you want great food and better service though. The only reason I chose3 stars was for the food and the fact our drinks were comped. Otherwise, I would have just done 2.
