The food was great! Service was good. The only complaint was that the check was messed up, and they kept my card for 20 minutes attempting to correct the charges. What q doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
Extremely disappointed by the prices and quality of the food. The menu items were overpriced for what they were and there's simply way too many fees for in-store takeout orders. The food tasted mediocre and wasn't anything to write home about. I ordered 2 of their buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, which came with lettuce tomato, ranch, buffalo sauce, and a side of fries. We ordered a buffalo chicken salad and hot wings, and both were excellent. The service was outstanding. Kendra was handling everything at the bar and serving, and she did an amazing job while always wearing a smile. We'll definitely return when we're back in town!
Last week, I ordered 15 items, along with two sides and spoke to the manager twice. I was promised a refund, but it never appeared on my card! I’m done with this poorly managed restaurant. If they forget to include sauces, they’ll mess up your entire order! The managers they hire have terrible attitudes, including an incredibly disrespectful female manager. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here because my autistic son enjoys the food, and I used to go twice a week. But after this experience, I’m never going back again!
The wings here may not be the best you can find, but their sauces are truly incredible. The atmosphere is fantastic for enjoying a beer or two, and they offer a great selection of drinks along with friendly service.
We love this place! the service and food quality in the environment of C-ville has been rapidly declining since cvd hits and no one seems to be immune - but- we are consistently able to come here and get delicious food with friendly service! I am so glad that we have a place where all our (picky eaters kids have something on the menu they love, and we all let smile with full beaks and happy! oh- and they know how to make sweet tee right! I recently dined in at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Charlottesville VA. The service was excellent. The waitress was friendly and attentive. We had the all American burgers and wings. After we ordered it did not take long to get our food. It was hot and delicious. Would I recommend Buffalo Wild Wings for a meal? Yes. I will be heading back there for dinner again soon.
