Since I'm on a diet plan, I asked if I could get the chicken wings without any sauce, and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion! I had been craving a tangy BBQ flavor, but even the plain wings were well-seasoned, delicious, and cooked to perfection. I've also heard that they occasionally feature live music... After I was seated, I encountered a technical issue with scanning the QR code and had to wait about 20 minutes to get a waitress's attention to place my order. Approximately 30 minutes later, my meal arrived. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with a side of fries. The portions were generous, and the sandwich was quite tasty. Overall, the service was good. I've passed through CLT about ten times this year and often stop by this restaurant because it's conveniently located near my gates, allowing me to grab a drink and a quick bite. However, this convenience comes at a cost. The service from the staff and bartenders is consistently disappointing. I understand that airport restaurants can be hectic, but that shouldn't excuse treating customers poorly. The female bartender, who appears to be of Pacific Islander or Asian descent, seems overwhelmed and has a rather unwelcoming attitude. It might be time for her to consider a different line of work. A friend recommended Captain Jack's Tavern during their renovations, and I must say, Mike the bartender there is a breath of fresh air. He's friendly and inviting. You can grab a sandwich or dine elsewhere, then relax and enjoy your meal in a pleasant, low-key atmosphere.

That was a nice restaurant. service was super fast and the burger was amazing. price was what they expect in an airport. paid $40 for the burger, pommes and 2 beer.
Excellent stop if you have a long layover in Charlotte. Food is definitely worth the price, done as requested and efficiently, had live music at dinner. The staff was very nice, welcoming and this is a huge plus as everywhere you go there is a shortage of staff. Most importantly the booze selection is on point, they have draft beers, a reasonable wine selection for the classier people, full bar for those needing more R&R. Really from start to finish was an awesome experience. Lastly, their ordering system is excellent using a bar code specific to your table/seat. Got the order in and beer food came out quick and easy.
