Great service everything is served hot and fresh as they advertise and they make sure they are comfortable while they wait

I had a good enough experience that I had to tip the greeter who took my order. Great experience overall. I would recommend for lunch. They were busy but, organized and got everyone good courteous service on time.

That's the worst thing I ever had at. not only does the entire working force move with the speed of my 90-year-old grandmother in the wheelchair. If they finally get her to eat, it could be something they ordered, or it could be something completely different. I work many restaurants in the opposite. I will not come back

The chicken was hard, the fries were cold and the limonade was not sweet. it tasted more like water with a small piece of lemon pressed inside. I was wasted my money because I threw it on the müll. food: 1/5

WOW! I am surprised and disappointed at how bad the service is at our neighborhood Wendy's!! Such a prime location and your quality of food and service are horrible!! Blocks away from the airport and this is how you welcome folks to Charlotte! I don't know how and what can be done to fix your business! But I can tell you can't handle the value or the representation of Wendy's! My food was cold, like they had it under the light for two days! I am so disappointed and disgusted your business is even rated!!! You're a entire 0! And I want my money back!! Sorry and trifling owner and staff!! Sad folks have to experience your business!
