Food was hot! Like took about 20 mins to get through, because it was wrapped around the building, but I'm satisfied. Do me a favor. Clone your management and send a team over to the Wendy's at 5801 N Sharon Amity Rd, because you can teach them quite a few things. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
First of all, I don’t appreciate that attitude, especially since I'm familiar with food service. Secondly, there was no sign or warning about the dining room closure, which makes things challenging for drivers like me. My time is valuable, and it affects my earnings considerably. View all feedback.
So, we tried to make do with the drive-thru, but let me tell you, it’s a nightmare. Each time I waited in line, I found myself giving up after 10 minutes of no progress whatsoever. The only movement in that line is when frustrated customers abandon their cars and leave. You would think that since they don’t allow anyone inside, they would at least be efficient with the drive-thru, but that’s not the case. While waiting, I could see employees standing around on their phones, doing absolutely nothing. It’s such a strange situation, especially since this Wendy's is situated in a busy shopping area. They could be pulling in record sales, but instead, they've earned a reputation as the slowest and most inaccessible Wendy's in the country. I don’t know who manages this establishment, but they need to be replaced—it's a total disaster. Whoever is in charge isn't managing anything. This place is a catastrophe, and I can't comprehend how it has received any decent reviews at all. What a huge disappointment.

The restaurant is not open for indoor dining, and be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes for your meal. I hope they can return to the fast-food experience they once offered. It's just not worth waiting in line for so long for something that should be quick. However, once you do receive your food, it's hot and tasty. I was quite surprised by some of the burgers; the meat portions seem small, almost like there's more bun than meat. That said, their prices are reasonable.
Simply make one fall and go to another almost food restaurant, unless they want to wait in line for 20-50min. I feel for postmateurs and those who supply food from here. Eating was good, but waiting is not worth it.
Terrible service terrible staffing I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone Wendy's used to be a staple for Good eats but it's no longer it's no different from the lowest grade of McDonald's or Burger King!!! For good Wendy's I have to go all the way to Cornelius they close abruptly early without letting anyone in the drive-through know after being 15 cars deep ridiculous.
