Wendy's - Charlotte

Food was hot! Like took about 20 mins to get through, because it was wrapped around the building, but I'm satisfied. Do me a favor. Clone your management and send a team over to the Wendy's at 5801 N Sharon Amity Rd, because you can teach them quite a few things.

Food was good and staff was nice. Wait time was a decent bit longer than I would have expected for the few cars in the drive through but it was not horrible.

They aight. Sometimes they be messin up yo order. But the manager fixed it after I done called. Its just a painful cuz I had to drive back and sh1t. One time the drive thru lady had forgot to give my card back. I called and she told the manager a lie that I dropped it when she handed it back!

I went late night, wanted a quick bite to eat, ended up being 30 minutes of waiting. The order taking system is horrible or either they only have one person running the store. They would take one or two orders, then put the rest of the cars on hold until they push out the one or two orders completely. They even took my order, told the car behind me to hold, and didn’t take their order until she handed me my food. Bottom line if you see 3 or more cars in the drive thru after 9 pm, just keep going. Food was good though.

Not open on the inside. You're going to spend at least 45 minutes waiting for your food. Hopefully someday they're able to return to the fast food type experience they once were. It's just not worth stopping by to grab something quick if they're going to make you wait in a line for that long. Once you receive your food it is hot and it tastes good. Some of the burgers I'm really surprised they're able to get a piece of meat that small it's almost like you're getting more bread than anything but I guess that's how they're able to keep their price reasonable.
