The cuts they use for bbq pork and roast pork leaves much to be desired. The roast pork with crispy skin is not pork belly. So the meat is dry and tougher. The bbq pork does seems to be correct (fatty pork shoulder), but not enough char and ample amounts of red food coloring. View all feedback.

Think about why roast pork is sold so lean and then no one dares to come back. No mind at all.
