Staff (woman) taking orders and providing to-go food was beyond rude even after I tried to smile and tried to lighten the conversation. I requested a refund because of the service and she said I would have to go online to request one. I then asked to speak to the manager who did refund my food there. He said he would find out why she was being so rude but talked to her for all of 10 seconds. I did take the food home,... View all feedback.
Good food choices and cool place to chill out at. Was a bit dissapointed this last visit because dining room was a total mess and we had to request that the staff clean up some tables so we could sit and eat. Hope this was just a bad night because i really liked eating here in the past
Delicious food and a laid back atmosphere. Some of the best rice krispy treats I've had. An added bonus is they have a great location near the Greenway way.
A local institution! Good food fast. Glad they're sticking it out during all the changes on Montford
Been going here for 25 years, one of my top 3 places to eat in Charlotte.
Great food! Tico and Jaco sauce are amazing. Service was fast and staff friendly. Could use a refresh on decor but great food.
