The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery Biergarten

I really enjoyed the variety of German-style beers at this restaurant! They also had a nice selection of guest taps with good options. Although I didn't have the chance to try the food, the menu looked appetizing and the aroma was inviting. The Bier Hause had plenty of seating, many of which were shaded, making it perfect for a warm day. They also had live music which added to the atmosphere. I would definitely come back here to eat and drink again.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious and the staff was attentive and friendly. My husband was surprised with a retirement party by our daughter and son after 43 years working as a Commercial Architect, and Olde Meck certainly exceeded our expectations. They provided us with a large screen for a slide presentation, a wireless microphone, and several easels for art, signage, or posters. Everyone had a great time! The cake from Deb's Sweet Cakes was also well done. I highly recommend this place!

Loved trying this out. The beer selection was good, but the highlight for me was the food and space. The food was amazing (got the pretzel, warm kale salad, and bread pudding) and delicious. The space was so extensive and would be amazing to visit again during nicer weather to enjoy the outdoor space. The staff was nice enough and made sure we had what we needed. Would definitely visit and recommend again.

The food is so much better than someone would expect from a brewery. I mean you never think of going to a brewery to eat before the beer and yet I do. The beer I think changes all the time and it’s pretty good, but the food is amazing my Ruben crust was so crunchy it tasted like I was biting into chips with meat in the middle…..

The bier garten is very spacious and dog friendly. They serve German style beers in appropriate steins or glasses outside and have a shack to get basic snacks outside. Inside appears to have full bar service and a more extensive food menu.
